No Cancellation or Refunds:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for the purchase. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirming the purchase.

Damaged Items:

In the rare event that the books you receive are damaged during transit, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged items, including the packaging.

Replacement for Damaged Items:

If your books are confirmed to be damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement copy of the same book at no additional cost. To initiate the replacement process, please contact us at support@monkeymagic.wtf with the subject line "Damaged Order Replacement" and include your order number and images of the damaged items.
